Migration

Collect CV from potential applicant. Potential applicant means:

1. Who holds minimum of 4 years bachelors or master’s degree (as Nepal’s 3 years bachelor degree doesn’t recognize as an equivalent to Australian Bachelor’s degree)
2. Possess at least 3 years post qualification work experience in the related field of study.
3. Have proficient level of English (IELTS 7.0 in each or equivalent TOEFL score(l:24-26,r:24-26,w:27-28,s:23) or who can score that level.
4. Aged between: 25-32(preferred).
5. Applicant with technical knowledge (Engineers/IT professional, managers, bankers) with at least 3 years of related work experience with IELTS score of 6.

A probability is always higher for these technical people so please collect cv from them.

Minimum pass point for skilled migration visa is 60. Please consult point- table to make sure interested person can achieve that score based on his/her age, qualification, work experience and English test. Or transfer their cv to us and we will assess their suitability (regarding possible visa options) and get back them.

If they are found suitable for migration then we forward the process

1. Lodgment of skill assessment application. Skill assessment is a validation of nominated occupation by authorized assessing authority. This is most important and initial requirement for skill migration visa process. In most cases, the skills assessment is based on the applicant’s qualifications and work experience, but in some cases English language and registration in Australia is also required in addition to that.
   Skill assessment fees vary from skill assessing authority. Normally it costs $500-$1000.

2. Depending upon the skill assessing authority time for getting skill assessment results vary.
   For example: skill assessment from engineers Australia will take 13 weeks from the date of lodgment.

Skill assessment from computer society of Australia takes around 10 weeks.

Skill assessment from VETASSESS will take around 6-8 weeks.

Once we got the positive skill assessment from skill assessing authority. We will lodge EOI (expression of interest) – (we take second installment in this stage)

 Applicants are not able to apply directly for a GSM visa but instead have to lodge an Expression Of Interest (EOI) and wait to be invited by the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) to apply for a visa. There is no fee for EOI.  

There is a minimum threshold to be met when lodging an expression of interest – the applicant must be aged less than 50 years, they must have an occupation on the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) or  CSOL , they must have competent English (IELTS 6 or equivalent) and they must have a positive skills assessment.  EOI can be updated until decision is made.

Once the invitation is received from department of immigration we will lodge the application with all supporting documents and proper visa application fee. We need final payment of our service fee and visa fee on this stage.
